🏰🐾 Hear Ye, Hear Ye! Presenting Sir Maximus Duke Franklin – Guardian of the Couch and Defender of the Realm! 🐾🏰
In the grand halls of the Roundtable, one noble knight stands apart— Sir Maximus Duke Franklin , known to his court as Maxey . At 175 pounds, this 5-year-old fawn Great Dane is a true gentle giant, ready to serve and protect his forever realm. With a heart as big as his frame and the wisdom of many zoomies past, Sir Maximus is in search of a family worthy of his knightly devotion.
The Noble Quests of Sir Maxey Sir Maximus is a dog of many talents, but none so legendary as his playful jousts with the mighty Kong and his battle rope. While most dogs may return a fetch, Sir Maxey adds a twist to the game—he shall chase down the object, but relinquishing it is a test of valor! In tug of war, he bravely thrashes his rope, daring his opponent to match his strength, and when he “wins,” he prances proudly with his prize. But fear not, noble squires—when the games are done, Sir Maximus will rest beside you, enjoying a well-earned respite. ⚔️⚔️🎾
The Sacred Zoomies of Sir Maxey No celebration of homecoming is complete without the legendary Zoomies of Sir Maxey ! As soon as you return from your noble errands, Sir Maxey must race through the grand halls, always with a toy or blanket clenched firmly in his teeth. Cheer him on with “Go, Maxey, Go!” and witness his zoomies in all their glory—an event to behold for any knight or squire in the realm. But when his royal energy subsides, Sir Maxey returns to his most cherished role— Defender of the Couch . 🏃 ♂️🛋️🛋️
Knightly Code of Affection Though brave and strong, Sir Maximus has the heart of a true companion. He is a master of snuggles, often laying claim to laps and couches alike. Whether it be by your side on the royal sofa or stretched out in the family bed, Sir Maxey offers unwavering loyalty and affection. He greets visitors to the realm with a gentle paw and then returns to his watchful post, ever at the ready for his next summons to play. 👑💙
The Laws of the Realm As with all noble knights, Sir Maximus has his royal boundaries. He wishes to be the sole protector of his domain , meaning no other dogs or animals shall reside in his realm. After some battles with other canines, Sir Maximus has declared that he alone shall guard the fortress. His ideal realm is one where he can be around his humans often, as long absences are forbidden! Should the realm have a yard, Sir Maxey is a skilled master of the doggy door; otherwise, he shall stride confidently on a leash beside his people, patrolling his lands with pride. 🌳🏞️🏞️
The Sacred Knight’s Trials Sir Maximus is a fearless warrior, but even the strongest knights have their vulnerabilities. He is wary of the dark arts known as fireworks , balloons , and the feared vacuum . He also seeks peace and prefers a calm, steady life without sudden surprises. 🎇🙈
A Realm Fit for a Knight Sir Maximus requires a noble family who will honor his need for cuddles, warmth, and a cozy couch where he can reign. His ideal home would take him on a leisurely jaunt down the street as that is adventure enough. He also seeks a family with experience in his health needs, as he has a battle with hypothyroidism that requires ongoing care. In return for this care, Sir Maximus will reward you with loyalty, love, and the most epic of zoomies.
