My name is Blu but I think it may be short for Blueberry Brindle. Not sure exactly what that means except I am a sweet girl ready for the picking. I have been on quite the adventure lately.
I was surrendered due to no fault of my own. My humans were never home so these humans called “Animal Control” came took me to a very loud shelter.
The people at the shelter were so nice but it was really loud with so many abandoned animals like me and I didn’t have a soft bed. I was sad. The shelter reached out to Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue and next thing I know —– I’m dressed in my very own sweater, a magical jacket, new collar and told I was going for a car ride. I was transported by one of my favorite humans from the shelter. We drove for several hours. This nice lady told me I was going to go live with my foster mom and dad. I’m not sure what that meant but I was happy to go for the car ride. It was fun. Then I met Foster mom and dad and rode in the car some more.
I now know what “foster” means. Foster means I get this amazing temporary home that gives me so much love and spoils me with toys and soft places to lounge. It’s so quiet here. I am digging being a foster pup!! I am recovering from my spay surgery and once they know I’m has as healthy as I am cute, I will be ready to find my forever home. So my adventure continues.
Stay tuned with an update. I hope to find my forever home soon!!!”
