“O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?” Hold on Juliet — We found your Romeo and this guy is a true heartbreaker!

“My name is Romeo, and I am looking for the happiest ending to my love story:  finding my forever home.  I have settled right into my foster home with ease.

I am a big, handsome boy with mild energy.  I enjoy my walks and want to go everywhere my people go. Car rides are the best, too.  I can be anxious in new situation but I adjust rather quickly and learn to go with the flow in no time.  I have grown up around children and do well with the kiddos.

My ideal home?  A home that gets what it is like to live with a Gentle Giant gentleman.  As I head into my golden years, I think a quieter home with another dog or two would be ideal.  I have done great with both mild mannered male and female dogs of different sizes.  I would love a home where my humans are home more often than away.  I was surrendered due to no fault of my own as my surrendering family was moving. I am accustomed to a soft couch, soft bed and kind humans around me.

My surrendering family described me “Incredibly loyal, will go with you till the ends of the earth…”  And listen to what Foster Mom has to say about me, “Romeo is the biggest honey you will ever meet.  He has been the easiest foster I have ever had.  He happily lets his foster dog-brother Panda, half his size at 85 lbs., take the lead.  His prize possession is his squeaky snake and squeaky ball.  He loves to play and go for car rides.  Romeo is a dream!”
