Bruce’s story comes with a few question marks, but what we do know is that this sweet soul deserves a soft place to land. Believed to be between 6–8 years old, Bruce was surrendered to a shelter with some wounds on his rear end and in need of a little extra TLC. He’s on the thinner side and has clearly been through a lot, but despite it all, he’s gentle, quiet, and oh-so deserving of love.
Bruce has a low-energy temperament both indoors and out, making him the perfect companion for someone who enjoys a calm, peaceful home. He appears to be crate trained and house trained, which is always a bonus! Right now, Bruce is still withdrawn and will need time to decompress, adjust to a new environment, and show his true personality.
We’re not sure how Bruce does with other animals yet, but we do know this—he’s incredibly sweet and will thrive with someone who can give him patience, understanding, and plenty of love.
If you’re ready to give Bruce the gift of comfort, security, and a little luxury in his golden years, he’s ready to give you his heart in return. 🐾
