Meet Bella

My name is Bella and in addition to being a pretty Blue girl, I am described as being “truly sweet and just a lover and who loves to be loved.”  That’s me for sure in a nutshell.  I am being surrendered due to no fault of my own.  My current humans are away for long hours each day and like other Danes, I am prone to separation anxiety being left alone, isolated for long days at a time.  My ideal home would be a family home more than away.

I am good with children, although little ones can accidentally be knocked over by my size so older children are best.  I am gentle and loving with cats and do well with mild dogs like me.  I even get along with the resident goat! 

I am a lower energy gal who walks well with a harness and I’m so gentle, kids will often take me for walks with them.  I don’t require many toys but what I do love blankets.  I love having my “blankie” with me.  I am a friendly, loving couch potato, shy with strangers and overall mild mannered. 

I would want to find a new family to love who will love me back just as hard.

• Walks well on leash with harness
