Meet Bently

The Big Easy!  That’s what Foster Mom named me because I’m so easy to get along with.   My other name is Bently and I am looking for a home where I can be near my people all the time.

I am moderately active – I love my walks on a Gentle Leader and I’m pretty interested in other dogs, but have not been able to meet them yet.  I have a Foster Sister I get to play with, and she taught me when she runs to home base (her bed in the living room), play time is over and I respect her boundaries.  And then she want to play again, go figure.  I love to chase the ball in the back yard – and leave it there and gallop back to Foster Mom – the running part is the best.

I love my food, but I don’t counter surf or bother my Foster Family when they are eating at the table.    I like to lounge around, especially in the sun.  I don’t really get on the furniture unless I’m invited – but if you have a super comfy couch and invite me, I may learn to love that.

I am friendly to visitors – I just assume they are all my friends and will immediately love me, because, why wouldn’t they??

I am house trained and trustworthy with free roam.  I have fantastic house manners – they don’t call me The Big Easy for nuttin!  Are you looking for a super special guy like me?  I promise to love all over you and follow you around and nudge you and lay on you and let you pet me anytime you want!   Fill out an application and ask for Me, The Big E!
