Meet Blue

Now this is a true blue, Blue!!  Meet Blue:

“Dear Great Dane loving folks – My name is Blue, and I am a true Blue, handsome Great Dane. 

I am being surrendered due to no fault of my own and I have been described as “amazing”.  My perfect home would be one where a family appreciates a big, lovable handsome guy (hint:  that’s me!!), wants to take me on walks and all their family adventures.  I really just want to spend my time where my people are spending time.  I am a true family guy.

I would do well with older, respectful children, cats and a non-aggressive dogs.  My current family has fostered many Great Danes and I have done well with proper introductions.

I can be quite the communicator, so don’t worry if you lose track of time.  I will let you know when it is 5:00pm because that is time for my dinner.  And if it is like, 5:01pm, and you hit the snooze button on my first gentle reminder, I will be sure to let you know it is, like, 5:01pm.  I am quite punctual when it’s 5:00 somewhere.”

• Ok with non-aggressive dogs

• Ok with cats

• No young children; Older respectful children ok

• Good with adults

• Can be protective of the family

• A bit of a “Velcro” Dane – wants to be wherever his people are in the home

• Knows commands: sit, stay, come, lie down
